PUBLIC NOTICE - Lee Road 207

The Lee County Highway Department will be closing a portion of Lee Road 207 approximately 0.4 miles east of the junction with Lee Road 437 due to bridge repair work.

The road will be closed for two (2) days beginning Monday, December 5, 2022, at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time.

Local traffic will not be allowed to use the road within 100 feet of the bridge. Vehicles traveling south on Lee Road 207 will be detoured as follows: at the junction of Lee Road 207 and Lee Road 197, travel east on Lee Road 197 for approximately 1.8 miles to the junction of Lee Road 197 and Lee Road 208, and turn right onto Lee Road 208; thence travel southeast for approximately 1.5 miles to the junction of Lee Road 208/Coffield Drive and U.S. Highway 80, and turn right onto U.S. Highway 80; thence travel west on U.S. Highway 80 for approximately 1.3 miles to the junction of U.S. Highway 80 and Spring Valley Road/Lee Road 207.

Vehicles traveling north on Lee Road 207 will follow the same route; however, the route will be traveled in the opposite direction.

Detour signs will be in place for public convenience.
